Radleys Pet Styling is a professional dog grooming salon based in Crownhill, Milton Keynes.

The salon was created to provide a welcoming environment where dogs receive patient, individual care and owners feel confident leaving their pets with an experienced professional.

We welcome dogs of all breeds, sizes and coat types, from puppies attending their first appointment to older dogs and those who may feel nervous about being groomed.

Meet Debbie

Radleys Pet Styling is owned and operated by Debbie, an experienced, qualified dog groomer, grooming tutor and assessor.

Alongside working within professional grooming salons, Debbie has taught and supported the next generation of dog groomers. Her experience combines practical grooming skills with a strong understanding of canine welfare, behaviour, coat care and safe salon practices.

This knowledge is reflected in every appointment at Radleys.

Our Approach to Grooming

No two dogs are exactly the same, so we do not take a one-style-fits-all approach.

We will discuss the groom with you and recommend an option that is both manageable and appropriate for your dog.

Welfare Before Style

Your dog’s welfare will always come before achieving a particular haircut.

If a dog becomes uncomfortable or overwhelmed, we may adapt the service, allow additional breaks or stop the appointment if continuing would not be in their best interests. We will always explain what was achieved and recommend the most suitable next step.

Our aim is for dogs to develop a positive and trusting relationship with their groomer.

Supporting Puppies and Nervous Dogs

Early, positive grooming experiences can make an enormous difference to a dog’s confidence.

Our puppy introduction appointments gently familiarise young dogs with handling, brushing, bathing, drying, nail care and salon equipment. We work gradually and never expect a puppy to manage every stage of a full groom during their first visit.

We also welcome nervous dogs who may need additional patience, reassurance or a more gradual approach. Some dogs benefit from shorter, regular appointments while they build confidence.

Maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety and professional practice is an important part of everything we do.

Our equipment and grooming areas are cleaned regularly, and professional products are selected according to each dog’s skin, coat and individual needs.

As Radleys is also home to a professional grooming academy, our salon is built around high standards of education, welfare and responsible grooming. However, customers booking a professional grooming appointment can be assured that their dog’s service will be carried out by an experienced groomer.
