Our online booking system is available 24 hours a day, allowing you to view our current availability and choose a convenient appointment for your dog.
Appointments are available Monday to Saturday and must be booked in advance.
Choosing the Right Service
Please select the service that most closely matches your dog’s grooming requirements.
Full Groom
Choose this service if your dog requires bathing, drying, coat trimming and styling. This includes shave-downs, practical pet trims, teddy styles and breed-standard finishes.
Bath and Blow-Dry
Choose this service if your dog needs bathing, drying and brushing but does not require a haircut.
Puppy Introduction
For puppies attending their first grooming appointments. This gentle service introduces your puppy to handling, bathing, drying, brushing, nail care and the salon environment.
Hand-Stripping
Please contact us before booking a hand-stripping appointment so we can confirm whether your dog’s coat is suitable.
Nail Trimming
Choose this option if your dog only requires their nails to be trimmed.

New Customers

When booking for the first time, please provide accurate information about your dog’s breed, size, coat, health and behaviour. This allows us to allocate enough time and prepare properly for their appointment.
If possible, you may wish to provide a recent photograph of your dog, particularly if they are a crossbreed or you are unsure which size category to select.
Puppies
Puppy grooming appointments are normally suitable from approximately 12 weeks of age, once vaccinations have been completed.
Our puppy introductions are designed to be short, gentle and positive. We do not expect young puppies to complete every part of a full groom during their first appointment.
Puppies attending their first introductory groom will receive a Puppy Welcome Pack and £10 credit towards their next full groom.

Nervous Dogs and Additional Needs
Please contact us before booking online if your dog:

Providing this information does not automatically mean we cannot groom your dog. It helps us decide how to make the appointment as safe and comfortable as possible.

Your dog’s final grooming price may vary depending on:

Additional charges may apply for matting, excessive coat, fleas or additional time. Where possible, we will discuss any significant change before beginning the groom.
Before Confirming Your Appointment
Please make sure you have selected the correct service and provided complete information about your dog.
By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read and accepted our grooming Terms and Conditions, including our cancellation, missed-appointment and coat-care policies.
A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Where applicable, this will be deducted from the final grooming cost.
On the Day
Please arrive at your confirmed appointment time. Arriving late may mean we need to shorten or rearrange your dog’s appointment.
Free parking is available for up to 90 minutes. You do not need to register your vehicle when staying within this period. If you plan to remain on site for longer than 90 minutes, please let us know.
We will contact you when your dog is ready for collection. Please collect them promptly, as late collection may incur an additional charge.
