Before your dog’s appointment, we will discuss their grooming history, behaviour and any areas of concern. This helps us understand what may make them feel worried and how we can support them.

Dislikes bathing, drying, brushing or nail trimming
Has ever shown defensive or aggressive behaviour
Has any medical conditions or physical discomfort
Has experienced a difficult groom in the past

Being open about your dog’s behaviour allows us to prepare properly and provide the safest possible appointment.

Please avoid giving calming medication unless it has been prescribed by your veterinary surgeon. Let us know about any medication before your dog’s appointment.
